• Tailored planning, design, and coordination for high-end weddings, private yacht parties, and exclusive island events.

• Professional recommendations for luxury venues, private villas, yachts, and trusted vendors in destinations such as Santorini, Mykonos, and beyond.

• Creative direction, concept development, and a curated event timeline to ensure a flawless celebration.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Your date is secured only upon signing the official Event Planning Contract and payment of the non-refundable retainer.

• The remaining balance is payable as outlined in your signed agreement.

• Cancellation fees apply, depending on the notice period.

3. Third-Party Vendors

• Vendors are independent service providers chosen by you, often from our trusted network.

• While we coordinate and oversee all agreed suppliers, we are not legally responsible for their individual performance.

4. Client Commitments

• Ensure timely payments to all third-party vendors to avoid disruption.

• Provide accurate event details and updates promptly for smooth planning and execution.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

• We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

• In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange suitable alternatives.

6. Use of Event Images

• With your consent, selected images from your celebration may be featured in our professional portfolio to showcase the artistry and quality of our work.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
